Real Estate Just Listed Postcard Direct Mail Marketing. I used to send Just Listed Postcards as a part of my direct mail marketing program but I realized they didn’t represent me well, they didn’t promote my brand and they went directly into the garbage. Now I send a letter that separates me and my brand from every other agent in the community. It highlights the features and benefits of the house in my effort to get showings, it sends them to an eight minute video on the house and it tells them I’ll be there for the showings.
I send this letter to people who have their homes on the market, 86% of them will be in the market for a new home in the community. Some of them may be looking for a new agent.
