Over the past 8 years, I’ve seen a number of different marketing systems come & go. The thing we have to remember is that everything in marketing, as in life, is cyclical. Everything comes around. So one-year social media (i.e. Facebook, Instagram) may be the leader but as that market gets saturated then a new system/tool comes in to play.
In the past 6 months or so I’ve seen direct mail marketing begin to take root yet again as a staple in the Realtor marketing “tool bag.” I highly recommend that you look into extremely targeted Direct Mail marketing because it can work wonders in growing your Real Estate business in any Real Estate climate.
