Click2mail: 5 Things You Should Know About Click2mail and direct mail marketing for real estate investing
1. What is click2mail? It is an online direct mail fulfillment company founded by Lee Garvey and is a SaaS print to mail type of service. It is a great lead generation resource to use if you are a real estate investor, real estate agent, or any type of small business looking to get more leads.
2. What I like about click2mail is that you can personalize (mail merge) your mail, send it out inexpensively (around 40 cents per postcard), and review proofs of your mail before sending it out. If you are not using direct mail as a real estate investor you are missing out on deals!
3. A couple things to know about direct mail marketing for wholesaling or real estate investing is that your response rate will not be very high. However if you are doing postcards, all you need is a half of a percent response rate to get great deals. You will also get about 10 percent of mail returned but that is standard.
4. If you want to improve your real estate marketing, you should be doing a weekly direct mail campaign in addition to online marketing strategies and strategic networking at REIAs or real estate investor meet up groups.
5. As a real estate investor you should use some type of outsourced service such as Click2mail or Postcardmania to send out your postcards. This will help you scale your business so that you can focus on higher value activities.
